I’m Michelle Bosch. I'm a first-generation immigrant into the US and for as long as I can remember I have been a hard cash mystic . . . driven, ambitious and insatiably curious about entrepreneurship, human potential, faith, and real estate. I am the mother of a brave, kind, smart and beautiful daughter and a precious little Yorkie named Daisy. For the last two decades, I have been in partnership, in life and in business, with a phenomenal man named Jack.

My passion is helping women and families invest in real estate to create passive cash flow with simple, safe and predictable investments. I am a full-time real estate investor since 2002 and have sold over 4,000 land properties, built one of the largest land investment companies in the US, hold a portfolio of single-family homes and large multifamily with over $50M in assets under management.

I am also the Co-creator of the Land Profit Generator Program that helps people buy and sell land for profit.

When, and how, did you hit millionaire status?

If you could share a lesson or advice with others who are looking to achieve millionaire status, what would it be?

Pick a vehicle/asset class and focus on that one vehicle. Ideally, that vehicle is simple and can produce the cash profits and cash flow that you need to get out of the rat race.  Commit and take bold action whether you are ready or not because the universe listens to BRAVE.

What would it have been like to have a millionaire role model that looked or sounded like you when you were starting your journey to $1M?

It would have been nice to have for sure because back when I started, all role models in our industry were men and still to a large degree continue to be. So what I had to do was ignore the gender and focus on their strategies and mindset and surround myself with not just Dreamers but Doers. Now, I do have female mentors and over the years have learned that women do things differently than men and have a different style, outlook, and intuition and I have connected to that in the last 4 years which has allowed our business to grow with more ease and grace. So I guess I could say that if I had a female mentor earlier, I would have grown my business quicker, easier and with less force and much more harmoniously.
